About The Speakers
Mr. Bill Henderson is recognized as one of Canada’s foremost experts on dental practice valuations and sales. After spending the first 25 years of his career in senior executive positions at Fortune 500 companies including P&G and Invesco, Bill bought Tier Three in 2008, with a group of partners, after a disappointing experience with the appraisal of his wife’s practice.
In the following years, he built Tier3 brokerage from a small Ontario presence into a leading national brokerage, operating coast to coast. He has helped thousands of dentists increase their annual earnings and the value of their practice.
DR. JEAN PROVO is a graduate of both the Esteemed Kois Centre in Seattle, and of the Vancouver MaxiCourse. As well, she has taken numerous courses at CDOCS in Scottsdale Arizona to further her CAD/CAM knowledge. Her journey with digital dentistry began right after graduation, when she had an opportunity to work with a progressive dentist whose office not only utilized digital sensor x-rays and digital caries detection but were already providing CEREC crowns for their patients.
Dr. Provo’s passion for dentistry and sports has led her to not only becoming a member of the Academy for Sports Dentistry, but she has also enjoyed being the team dentist for, the Vancouver Bandits basketball team and Abbotsford Canucks Hockey team for several years.
MR. AJAY VIG has revolutionized denture care through digital innovation. With a background in dentistry spanning 15 years, Ajay’s passion for improving seniors’ lives led him to become a denturist at 40 years old. Starting in 2017, Ajay adopted digital scanning and 3D printing, but the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated his integration of digital techniques, and in January 2024 he enhanced his capabilities with the acquisition of the Dentsply Sirona Prime Print. Ajay and his Wife Jean operate their own in-house digital lab, fabricating study models, sportguards, surgical guides, nightguards, temporaries, custom trays and dentures.
