Dr. Jag Kaile
Dr. Jag Kaile has been a trailblazer in the field of dentistry since he embarked on his career in 2013. Raised in a family with a construction background, he seamlessly blended this knowledge with his growing interest in health and wellness, recognizing that dentistry is a micro-construction of the mouth. Dr. Kaile graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where he met a special classmate, who would later become his wife. Their shared enthusiasm for dentistry soon extended to his brother, leading to the establishment of a thriving family practice in their hometown of Abbotsford, BC, Canada.
Together, the Kaile family founded dental & smile design at MAHOGANY, a pioneering practice that has achieved B Corp certification, using their business as a force for good. This designation places them at the forefront of dental sustainability, affirming their commitment to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.
Dr. Kaile’s approach to dentistry is as compassionate as it is innovative. Embracing mindfulness, he integrates non-invasive smile design principles learned from DSD and Dr. Marshall Hanson, into his practice. The ABC protocol—Alignment, Brightening, Composite Bonding—enables him to provide conservative yet transformative treatments. His mastery of composite bonding techniques, and his development of the OmniGap Protocol for closing black triangles and diastemas, allow him to create natural, sustainable smiles for a diverse patient base.
In his time off, Dr. Kaile loves taking his kids to the park, hiking the scenic mountains of British Columbia, and travelling the world, immersing himself in new landscapes and cultures, and bringing those inspirations back into his life and practice. In his operatory, he finds his inner zen in the artistry of dentistry, viewing each patient’s smile as a canvas for creating beauty and lasting impact.

Avery Thatcher
Ms. Avery Thatcher is the creator of the Optimized Chaos Method, a practical framework designed to help individuals and teams navigate high-pressure environments with clarity, stability, and effectiveness.
Before this work, Avery spent years as an ICU nurse, operating in fast-paced, high-stakes settings where stress, decision-making, and team dynamics had immediate and tangible consequences. That experience continues to shape her approach, grounding her work in real-world pressure rather than theory.
Avery’s work focuses on burnout not as an individual failure, but as the result of patterns within people, teams, and systems. She helps leaders and organizations identify what is actually driving ongoing stress, from communication breakdowns and unspoken expectations to structural and workflow-related pressure points.
Through workshops and facilitation, Avery supports participants in recognizing how stress responses show up in the workplace, how team dynamics reinforce burnout, and where leadership can intervene effectively. Her approach is direct, practical, and focused on application, helping participants move beyond awareness and into clear, actionable changes that improve both wellbeing and performance.
Avery’s work is particularly relevant for leaders, managers, and teams operating in complex or high-demand environments who need tools that work under pressure, not just in theory.
