The Thompson Okanagan Dental Society’s Annual Meeting is the second largest annual dental meeting in British Columbia with registration totals over 1000 dental professionals. The TODS meeting is held in October at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Our meeting spans over three days with speakers on Thursday evening from 6:00pm – 9:00pm, Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm culminating with the annual general meeting of Thompson Okanagan Dental Society on Saturday afternoon.
The Exhibit Floor is open from 5:00pm – 7:00pm on Thursday and 10:00am – 6:00pm on the Friday with up to 75 exhibits.
What Is A Suppliers Showcase?
The TODS Meeting is pleased to offer a premium platform which allows our dental partners to showcase their latest technology, research, educational information or wine & cheese reception. Supplier Showcase events range from very structured presentations, equipment or technology demonstrations, and sessions to facilitate the exchange of questions and information. Any member of the dental profession is invited to attend the Supplier Showcase on Thursday, however access to the convention centre is limited to registered TODS delegates both Friday & Saturday.

What Is A TODS Featured Speaker?
TODS featured speakers are those that are vetted and hand-picked by our TODS Planning Committee. Our committee members devote their time to select presentations that are timely, educational, and well-received by attendees at other meetings. TODS Featured Speaker do not endorse, promote, or recommend a specific company, product, or service. We ensure that topics presented by TODS Featured Speakers are approved for Continuing Education credit by the BCCOHP. Co-sponsored Featured Speakers receive an unrestricted educational grant.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND POLICY
Written request must be RECEIVED by the Registration Coordinator, [email protected] prior to October 10, 2023. Delegates that are eligible for a refund will receive 75% of the registration fee paid per cancelled registrant. The refund will be issued before November 30, 2023.
Any cancellation requested after October 10, 2023 is 100% non-refundable.
PRIVACY: Any personal and/or payment information for delegates of the Thompson Okanagan Dental Society Meeting collected during the registration process of the annual TODS Meeting or during any other time, is considered confidential and NEVER, shared, bartered, sold, or traded to ANYONE or ANY GROUP/BUSINESS. Information is kept strictly for the Society’s purpose of conducting the annual continuing educational meeting.
Program Changes
TODS Meeting reserves the right to make changes to the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Space for any limited seating session is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the organizers of TODS are forced to cancel the event, current paid registrants may request a full refund, minus only credit card processing fees. There will be no cancellation fee. This policy is applicable only if TODS must officially be canceled.
Age Limit
Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 years old (this includes infants, children or teenagers) will be permitted to register for TODS or permitted anywhere in the conference centre. Access to the TODS Meeting is restricted to adults only.
