This interactive session draws on real inquiries and scenarios handled by the BCDA Member Support team to explore the challenges dental offices face every day. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session. 

Through practical, real-world examples, we’ll walk through common issues related to patient communication, billing and coding, insurance (including CDCP), and compliance expectations. Attendees will gain insight into how these situations are assessed and addressed, along with guidance to support consistent, efficient office practices. 

The session will also highlight key learnings from working with insurers and public programs, and the importance of aligning office procedures with regulatory and billing requirements. 

The goal is to share practical, experience-based guidance that helps you navigate complex situations with greater clarity and confidence.
