Can I register online?
Online registration will open mid-July 2021.
Can I pay for my registration by cheque?
Yes, if paying by cheque you must complete and mail in a paper registration form.
I’m signed up for a Workshop, do I need to bring anything?
If you are required to bring specific items for a Workshop, the details will be listed under the workshop description on this website. We will also send an email out to all participants registered for the Workshop. On occasion there is a pre-requisite prior to the workshop; this will be noted in the description on the website.
Do you have a one day registration fee?
No, one day registration is not available.
What if there is an error on my name badge?
If there is an error on your badge, please go to the Onsite Registration Desk during the conference and it will be corrected and reprinted.
One of the staff that we registered is no longer with us – can I replace them with a new staff name?
Yes, we can substitute names as long as we receive the request in writing before October 12th
How do I make changes or add workshops to my registration?

What is the cancellation policy for the 2021 TODS Meeting?

How doe CE credits work? How do I report them?
It is the responsibility of each individual to submit their own report to their provincial authority. Attendees should consult with their regulatory authorities for CE requirements prior to attending the TODS Meeting. Please click here for more information
Can I bring my child to the conference?
Children are not permitted in any of the TODS Meeting sessions or events. The conference venue does not provide daycare. Please check with your hotel concierge for these services.
