Dr. Ben Pliska
Session Date: Friday October 25, 2024
Session Time: 8:30 AM – 12 PM

Outline:
The successful rehabilitation of the complex restorative patient often requires a synergistic approach of multiple dental specialties. This course will highlight the orthodontist’s role in assisting with prosthodontic-driven treatment plans that optimize esthetics and facilitate the restorative phase of treatment, while still satisfying specific functional requirements for these patients.
Learning Objectives:
-
- Describe the management of congenitally missing teeth
- Review how adjunctive orthodontic treatment can facilitate implant restorations
- Evaluate the steps necessary for proper diagnosis and treatment-plan considerations for the complex restorative patient
