- How to change turbines on a few NSK high speed hand pieces

About The Speakers
Jeff Roy, Service Manager, Henry Schein – Vancouver
Jeff has worked in the dental industry for the past 6 years with Henry Schein. He has experience as a field service technician for 14 years in automated equipment and CNC equipment repair industries, and as a Sales/Service manager for 3 years at a CNC equipment manufacturer.
Ian Doyle Service Manager, Henry Schein – Calgary
With over 34 years of experience in the Dental Industry, I’ve transitioned from a Dental Equipment Technician to Service Manager at 2 prominent dental dealers. I started and lead the first installation team of technicians in Canada who were responsible for all equipment installations in Southern Alberta. My current responsibilities are to develop and coach our 17 service technicians in the performance of service and maintenance of dental equipment and to provide outstanding customer service, while still helping and coaching them to be the most successful they can be in their field.
