She previously served as Director of Operations for Mint Ops’ Recruitment division, supporting clinics through the hiring process and helping build the structure behind successful placements. Today, Savannah continues to support dental practices through operational consulting, helping clinics improve performance, increase efficiency, and build long-term practice value. After relocating to Canada, Dev spent a decade helping dentists navigate practice transitions, supporting both those preparing for retirement and those stepping into ownership.
