Outline:
From the everyday to complex full-mouth rehabilitation, the methods, materials and processes to make practice life and patient management easier will be discussed. This case-based lecture provides attendees with pearls that dentists can implement into their practice within a week of attending the presentation.
After this lecture, you will be able to:
- Describe clinical pearls to facilitate restoring the single anterior tooth.
- Detail the strengths and limitations of current restorative materials for specific treatment options
- Discuss clinical tips and management strategies for the complex prosthodontic patient
About The Speaker
Dr. Roxana Saldarriaga obtained her DDS from the University of Western Ontario School of Dentistry, and a GPR certificate at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She completed her post-graduate training in prosthodontics at the University of Minnesota and is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and currently maintains a full-time private practice and in-house prosthodontic laboratory in Vancouver, BC. Dr. Saldarriaga has held positions as part-time Graduate and Undergraduate instructor in the Division of Prosthodontics at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Saldarriaga continues to mentor her peers as a director and frequent speaker of the Western Restorative and Every Day Dentistry Study Clubs in Vancouver.
