Telling Tongues:  Stories from the Oral Cavity

Tongues speak volumes…about the health of the oral cavity and the overall health of your patients.  Listen and learn what the tongue is telling you and learn to identify possible health issues and associated nutritional deficiencies.  Come away with an arsenal of information and recommendations that you can share with your patients to aid them in better managing their oral and systemic health.

An Aging Society:  Staggering Statistics & Implications for Dental Practice

The numbers are staggering.  Canada is an aging society.  Do you know what those numbers mean to the health care system – and the potential effects on dentistry and dental hygiene?  See what the future is likely to look like and how this will affect your practice.  Understand the collateral health issues that your patients may face.  Learn how to identify and manage those issues, while managing their oral health, so you can support your patients’ health, lower their risks of infection, and improve the overall quality of their lives.
