Dr. Lovedeep Randhawa graduated from UBC Faculty of Dentistry in 2004 , prior to attending UBC she graduated top of her class from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, India. She has been practicing dentistry for 16 yrs now, during this period she has been part time faculty at UBC faculty of dentistry, built two practices integrating digital dentistry work flow , and is a member of Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Clear Aligners, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Spear Faculty Club. She mentors with the University of British Columbia Dental Mentorship program and is a Platinum Invisalign® provider. She was one of the first dentists to adopt chairside CAD/CAM with Glidewellio in Canada. She is KOL for Align technologies and a Speaker for Align technology Inc. She has been nominated for RBC Canadian women entrepreneur awards, presented by Women of Influence in 2019 and 2020 She is an energetic and vibrant person who is passionate about sharing her story and experiences with her fellow dentists. Dr. Randhawa and her team strongly believe in educating their patients and helping them discover the power of their Smile!

Dr. Frederick Poirier graduated from the University of Montreal in 1996 with a DMD and obtained a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the same university. For the last 20 years he has developed a great amount of knowledge in orthodontics by treating more than 2,500 patients with the help of myofunctional appliances and braces. Since 2003 Dr. Poirier has provided Invisalign treatment to his patients. With more than 2000 Invisalign® cases, he joins our Elevate Speaker Team as one of the few general dentists who has claimed the title of Top 1% provider. He has been an Align Technology, Inc. Faculty Member since 2015. Learning from the best orthodontic speakers in the world has given him the passion for sharing his knowledge with others. He has lectured in French and English to doctors in Europe, the United States and Canada. When not teaching, Dr. Poirier runs a flourishing practice of five dentists and 20 staff members on the south-shore of Montreal.

Dr. Stephen Schalk is no stranger to being the youngest, graduating at 23 years old from the University of Alberta with his BSc and DDS. Rather than pursue an orthodontics residency, he travelled across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to learn from orthodontic experts.

In 2017, Dr. Schalk became the youngest board member in the history of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. In 2018 he limited his practice to orthodontics and became the youngest GP Invisalign Diamond provider in the world.

Dr. Schalk is the owner of three dental clinics, totaling 29 chairs. He speaks internationally and is a key industry opinion leader. Dr. Schalk researches digital monitoring of clear aligners for the Scientific Research Experimental Design Program and has created Clearly Aligned: an educational platform for general dentists. A natural talker and enthusiastic teacher, his passion is sure to inspire and encourage you on your road to Invisalign success.
