Biography

Mr. Henry Doyle is owner of Al Heaps & Associates Inc. Henry graduated from the University of Alberta with an Economics degree and a Bachelors of Education. Henry worked in the banking industry for 15 years with CIBC, Newcourt and Citibank.

In 2006, Al and Henry negotiated their own transition. Henry joined the company in 2007 and purchased Al Heaps & Associates Inc., in 2009. In June 2017, Henry acquired Hill Kindy, an Ontario brokerage. Al Heaps & Associates Inc., and Hill Kindy specialize in valuating and selling dental practice across Canada – from BC to the Maritimes.

Ms. Courtenay MacCrae – has worked with a variety of clients to help with their business and real estate law transactions. While Courtney enjoys working on residential real estate matters and commercial financing, she is enthusiastic about continuing to building her practice to focus on business transactions- in particular, those involving healthcare professionals. She has assisted clients with shareholder agreements, cost share agreements, business financing, corporate reorganizations and maintenance of their companies.

When it comes to assisting healthcare professionals, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide her clients through the various stages of their practice: from purchasing commercial space for their new practice and setting up associate agreements, to buying or selling existing practices.

Courtney’s energetic and professional approach leaves her clients feeling confident that she is the right person to help them navigate the complexities that come with owning a business.

Ms. Stephanie Maguire, CPA, CA, is a Business Advisor with MNP’s Professionals Services team in the Thompson-Okanagan region.  Stephanie works with dentists, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals throughout the lifecycle of their business, including deciding when to incorporate, buying or selling a practice, running a mature practice and planning for retirement. Warm and approachable, Stephanie takes the time to get to know her clients and their businesses, so she can develop strategies that help them achieve higher levels of success and keep more of what they earn.
