The presentation is an informative interactive day during which Dr. Antel will discuss successful handling of patient communications, patient education and office organization with specific emphasis on:

  • An approach to a patient’s visit to the office as a new emergency patient, a new patient attending for ongoing care and as a returning patient.
  • Preparing for and presenting treatment recommendations to patients.
  • Determining an individualized recall schedule for each patient.
  • Keeping finances separate from treatment while ensuring patients are making informed treatment choices and are aware of their obligations.
  • Ethical marketing of our professional services.

At the end of this presentation participants will have an insight into day-to-day dental office management that fosters long term relationships with patients, developing patients that chose a high level of dental health and having an efficient, enjoyable day at the office every day.
