This instructional, comprehensive workshop is designed to teach dental receptionists and dental assistants how to perform the “Treatment Coordinator Role” in the delivery of dental care. It will establish the important benefits a trained team can bring to your practice and patients. This workshop is beneficial for the entire dental team to take your practice to the next level. • What is a treatment coordinator; it’s all about people; creating a memorable experience
• New patient experience; patient centered practice; system for a new patient first visit and treatment coordinator’s role

Biography

Paddy Briggs has established an outstanding leading edge reputation over 25 years as a successful dental practice consultant, instructor / facilitator and trainer. She specializes in team development and training relating to the dental practice operations and staff management. She has designed, developed and consistently updated comprehensive dental office and office management program curricula; developed practical systems & office policies that lead to dental practice efficiency and provided a diverse range of workshops to the dental community at large, related industries and universities.

Paddy has consistently stayed current in dentistry. She has not only aligned herself with both industry professionals and business management coaches alike but has managed several large dental practices. Paddy has, also, continually upgraded her skills through advanced education. She studied: “Dental Office Administration” at the British Columbia Institute of Technology; “Brain Based Learning” at the University of San Francisco and is a Certified Trainer in “Life Strategies” achieving Levels 1 & 2 in Personality Dimensions, True Colors and Emotional Intelligence.

Paddy Briggs strives to effectively work with the dentist and the staff to build and sustain a cohesive team, maintain effective systems and establish a productive efficient office. That sums up her approach, and that has stood her in good stead throughout her entire career.

Paddy’s overall goal for the Dentist is to take the practice to the next level. She understands that today we are in an experienced economy. Because of this, she advises Dentists that in order to solidly build a growing and productive practice they need to create a long lasting experience for their patients. This simply is developing “a Patient Centered Practice”.

She is a charismatic, energetic, enthusiastic presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who consistently combines humour and compassion to leave a lasting impression with all participants.

 

Benita Soni CDA, BSc has more than 20 years’ experience in the dental profession as a CDA/ Front Desk with the majority of her career as a Treatment Coordinator / Manager and Trainer. Her clinical experience has been focused on high end cosmetic dentistry and long term comprehensive care within GP and Prosthodontic practices. Benita has worked closely with dentists to build successful practices implementing clear systems and objectives into their treatment coordination and management departments. Her passion is training team members who are ready to grow their dental practice and move the next level.
Her passion for Cosmetic Dentistry and patient demands lead her to create Smiles to Go! A natural and vegan made teeth whitening product available to dentists.
Benita is a graduate of LVI (Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Aesthetics) in the clinical and auxiliary core programs. Benita brings her expertise to the dental community with the development and collaboration of the treatment coordinator training. This training will help define and set the foundation for the implementation of day to day operations and systems of today’s growing dental practice.
