Continuing Education Credit Information
It is the responsibility of each individual to submit their own report to their respective provincial authority.
British Columbia Registered Dentists or Certified Dental Assistants
For B.C. dentists and CDAs, continuing education (CE) credits may be accumulated as follows:
1. Hour-for-hour credit (to a maximum of 5 hours) for visiting the exhibits
2. Hour-for-hour credit for eligible session attendance
Dentists and CDAs can submit their TODS CE credits online by visiting www.cdsbc.org and logging in with their registration/certification number and password. Registrants can also print and complete an individual CE credit submission form (available at www.cdsbc.org/ce_forms) and email it to CE@cdsbc.org.
CDSBC reminds dentists and CDAs to be aware of the maximum limits allowed for certain subjects. Please see the College’s Continuing Education Requirements document for complete information.
Note: You must attend the conference to be able to receive credits.
For Registered Dental Hygienists licensed in BC
The College of Dental Hygienists of British Columbia requests that hygienists add the Thompson Okanagan Dental Meeting information onto your yearly reporting form. The Thompson Okanagan Dental Society will not be responsible for submitting Continuing Education Credits on behalf of any registrant.
Out of Province Registrants
Out-of-BC registrants should consult with their provincial or state regulatory authorities for CE credit requirements.
